About Voodoo Robotics

Voodoo Robotics, the leading innovator in picking warehouse automation, provides cost-effective technology for warehouse inventory management and order fulfillment solutions. With engineering and robotic expertise, the Texas-based pioneer brings the next wave of state-of-the-art automation to material handling industries.

SKU-Keeper is a hardware and software inventory management system designed to modernize warehouse operations by leveraging the latest IIoT (Industrial-Internet-of-Things) technology. SKU-Keeper is easier to use than traditional inventory management systems, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems; the system includes the first leased Pick-To-Light system where distribution centers, warehouses, and 3PLs (third-party logistics) are truly scalable, only paying for the lights needed each month. This dynamic pay-as-you-go, as-needed, approach to Pick-to-Light is the first in the world to offer this highly cost-effective, market responsive, solution. Leased Pick-to-Light tags on a month-to-month basis, avoid long-term commitments and costly up-front fees.

The company provides smart, ROI (return-on-investment) driven Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) as well as SKU-Keeper – the groundbreaking, low-cost inventory management/picking system. The ASRS system user interface integrates seamlessly with current inventory management systems. The Web-based interface is compatible with Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Safari. The real-time, interactive 3D model of the warehouse makes moving inventory simple.

All of Voodoo Robotics products are patented or patent-pending. Currently, the company is attracting best-practice, lean manufacturing focused, systems integrators throughout North America. Follow Voodoo Robotics on Twitter at @VoodooRobotics.

Cloud Display Devices

A simple URL causes the Cloud Display Device to light up with two lines of custom text.  Devices easily integrate any existing ERP or WMS (or our SKU-Keeper Inventory Management System).  It’s often used as a pick-to-light system, but can also be used for pick-to-light carts, put walls, flow racks, kitting, and more.

The Pick-to-Light system runs on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.

Voodoo Robotics leases Cloud Display Devices on a pay-as-you-go basis with no long-term commitment.  Devices can be mounted with double-sided tape–no need to drill, wire, or move racks around.  You can even order a starter kit and try it out.

Pick-to-Light tags run on two self-monitored AA batteries that can last for years (depending on usage).  Batteries are accessible without removal, from the front for easy access.

Automated Storage and Retrieval (ASRS)

Voodoo Robotics’ autonomous robot utilizes the latest artificial intelligence technologies for path planning.  Flexible row-layout and slot spacing facilitates custom designs in any space.  Any slot-size and height can be configured – even multiple sizes.   The cloud-based user interface allows you to interact with your warehouse in real-time using a web-based 3D model.

Voodoo Robotics’ ASRS makes choices about the sequence of operations.

From ounces to tons, the robot can pick up and move heavy loads with ease.

Contains the newest, most reliable, heavy-duty equipment proven for industrial applications.
