Two AAA batteries are all that a wireless pick-to-light device requires for a year or more (depending on usage). You can attach the devices almost anywhere and relocate them with ease!
Communication
Five lines of illuminated text with a button that lights up in one of six colors, convey information better than the old blinking red or green light. The message on the device is custom. It can include information that applies to your business, such as the picker’s name, and the items and quantity to be picked, barcodes, QR codes, arrows, or icons. Devices can also attach to pick carts, pallet jacks – anywhere that extra information can make a difference.
Pick-to-light systems increase pick-rates while reducing errors. An item put away in the wrong bin, the wrong SKU pulled for an order, an error on a part picked for assembly are all costly mistakes. Pick-to-light reduces these types of errors and the costs involved to fix them.
